A success 9/28

Our fish were all there and none were hurt!!!! Turin has now grown in to the new fish and are now friends. Our ph is 1 and does not need a water change. We fed our fish so they would not starve over the weekend and be have a full stomach. We believe that Our fish will survive the weekend. Josh

The new additions 9/27

Shiandra and Bambi are or new additions to our fish. Tyron self first did not like the new additions but eventually free on to them. Our ph level was 2 and after we had a water change and it went well. Hopefully our fish will not kill each other!!!! Josh

Change of luck

At first our ammonia levels were very high and we had to change our water a lot. But recently we've had a change of luck and they have gotten much better! We have gone 2 days in a row of having perfect water and we are proud to announce we are getting better at taking care of our fish!! :)

Over feeding

One of our group members (josh) over fed our fish and our entire tank was filled with fungi infested food. It wasn't a good situation because he could have killed our fish. If they would have died we would all hate josh and might have been forced to persecute him...

will

He is a large focal poin in our group
he gives great encouragement and has earned our respect.
He tests our ph level every day and puts it on our blog.
As he recorded for Friday our PH was a .5.
Our male betta was living well and hapy- the single life after helga.
We gave him a lot of extra food for the weekend and he seemed to enjoy it well.

Ode to lady betta

On the eve of thursday
Our male betta was making fun of our lady betta
The tension was high between the two
So our lady betta knew what to do
She swam up the filter peacefully and quiet
moral of this story
We are not good aquatic caretakers.

Ph 9/12

Our ph is .25 and it was fine and out fish were alive on wednesday. We siphoned yesterday and it seemed to work alot. We love how great we are doing with our fish and they really seem to be having a great time!

Will

Ph 9/14

Our ph was1.0 and we fixed it. By siphoning out the water and putting plenty of new water in it. we dechlorinated the new water as well.

RIP Helga

We checked our tank on Thursday and we didnt find our female beta fish. We thought someone has taken her or something but we later find her jammed and dead inside of our filter. We were pretty mad because now our male fish doesn't have a friend and we have to go buy another one. It was a sad, sad day in aquatice science....RIP Helga :(
